Lost Girls

A former victim, who is forced to lure young girls into sex trafficking, is given an unexpected gift from a 15-year-old she kidnaps. The gift ignites her lost faith and memory of her former self and gives her the courage to confront her inner demons and dangerous employers in order to break free from the cycle of victimization.

Best friends Sarah and Lizzie live for their summers at Blackhawk Farm, times filled with hard work, friendship and horses. This summer, after 10 years as campers, 18-year-old Lizzie will be a counselor, while 17-year-old Sarah will be a C.I.T. (Counselor in Training). Sarah would love to be a counselor, but her late summer birthday seals her fate as a C.I.T. Everything changes when Sarah is told a secret that will change Lizzie’s life forever.

Unable to speak English, he is perceived as a John Doe and has trouble engaging with the other residents and staff. Through the aid of Nurse Kelly and the game of chess, he is able to make friends and enjoy life again, until a chess piece goes missing one day.

Sofia and her two siblings thrive in their imaginary world, but that begins to crumble when their brother’s physical limitations prevent him from fully immersing himself in that world. Sofia quickly finds that she must come to terms with her brother’s disability or remain stuck in her imaginary world alone.
